It was fantastic stay, I enjoyed excellent food.
The location was perfect and peaceful, very close to `` simple '' restaurants and the west coast of France and Switzerland. The staff was amiable, I will never forget them. The bathroom was well equipped, and the room itself was big

It is a very beautiful hotel with comfortable and cosy rooms
The meals were not good and extremely expensive. Everything was quite expensive. The staff was not helpful and not at all nice. The impression we had is that they tried to "sell" us alll kind of services that were not included in the room fee (which was already quite expensive). When we were about to pay the bill, they tried to make us pay for breakfasts we did not eat and for drinks we did not have.

They had carpet all over the room including bathroom and toilet, really old place, and its in the middle of nowhere so it depends on what do you want, we had stayed in others hotels of Chateaux et Hotels Collection and it has nothing to do with them.

The staff was very friendly. We even got to choose which room we wanted. Our room looked out on the garden and had a great outdoor area where we could sit. It was very nice to have the pool. The food was really good.
Only one small remark: No bottle opener in the room.
